Do I need a credit check for a payment plan?
No, we don’t require any credit checks. All of our payment plans are managed in-house, with no involvement from external finance companies.

What if I want to swap treatments within my plan?
Our plans are designed to be flexible. You can swap treatments where appropriate, and any price difference will simply be adjusted at the time of your appointment.

How long can I spread the cost?
We offer flexible payment plans over 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the total value. Our signature plans are typically spread over 12 months.

How do I make my monthly payments?
Signature plans: Paid via automatic monthly Direct Debit on the same date each month.
Bespoke plans: Monthly invoices are sent via email for you to pay manually.

Are there any perks to being on a plan?
Yes! All plan members are automatically upgraded to VIP status. This includes exclusive discounts, special offers, and even complimentary treatments throughout the year.

Does microneedling hurt?
For most clients, microneedling is very tolerable. You may feel mild discomfort in certain areas, but it’s generally minimal. Your skin may feel slightly sensitive after the treatment.

Will I bruise after treatment?
Bruising can’t be guaranteed either way, as it varies from person to person. We take every precaution to minimise the risk, but with injectable treatments, it can occasionally occur. If it does, it’s usually mild and fades within a few days. Applying ice and arnica can help speed up recovery.

Can I have 0.5ml of filler?
We don’t offer discounted pricing for 0.5ml. Once a syringe is opened, it must be used and cannot be stored or shared. In some cases, less than 1ml may be used depending on your treatment needs, but all treatments are tailored individually.

I’m going on holiday next week — can I have lip filler?
We don’t recommend or perform lip filler within two weeks of air travel. This allows time for swelling to settle and ensures any potential complications can be managed before you travel.

Are PDO Threads painful?
PDO Threads are a more intensive treatment, and while we take every measure to minimise discomfort, some clients may still experience it. However, most people find the procedure very tolerable.

How long will I see results for with PDO Threads?
Results typically last between 12–18 months, depending on individual factors such as skin quality and metabolism. Collagen stimulation continues long after the threads have dissolved, meaning improvements can last beyond the lifespan of the treatment itself.

What if I don’t like the results of my PDO Threads?
We always carry out a thorough consultation beforehand to carefully plan your treatment. Together, we agree on the most suitable placement to achieve natural, balanced, and appropriate results.
Can PDO threads be removed?
In most cases, removal is not necessary as the threads dissolve naturally within the skin over time. In the rare event of a complication, threads can be safely removed if required.
